Q. Are you willing to enter a standard contractual agreement with our company to be the signature voice for our radio station or television station?
A. Yes. In fact, it is not uncommon for me to enter a 13 month agreement.
Q. Do you charge for extra copies of final production on a disc?
A. Sometimes, yes. It depends on the project, the client relationship and needs. We will be glad to discuss your specific needs!
Q. How can you deliver the files?
A. There are a variety of delivery methods we use to deliver projects. We can email them, or upload them or deliver them to you by CD or DVD. If you have a specific need, let us know!
Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. Paypal, Cash, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Q. We really like your voice but, do you have other voices?
A. Yes. Andrew Byrd is not a character voice over artist but, we have other talent who we associate with who are fantastic and will be glad to work with us on your project!
Q. We have used you for many projects in the past. We are thinking about using a female voice.Do you have any ideas for a solution?
A. Yes! Andrew Byrd works with female talent all the time. We will be glad to help you with the right talent for your project!
Q. How long does it take for a project to be completed?
A. Please call us directly to discuss your production timeline. Andrew Byrd will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Q. Do you charge extra for fast delivery?
A. It depends on the circumstances. Please contact the studio to discuss your needs.
Q. I realize many of your productions are produced with music. Can you produce a dry voice also?
A. Yes
Q. My daughter is planning a wedding and we have been referred to you. We need help mixing a couple of songs for her first dance. Can you help?

Q. Can the order be kept confidential?
A. Certainly! Andrew Byrd would never make public anything clients wish to be kept discrete.
Q. You were once on the radio and produced full-length programming. Do you still produce those types of programs?
A. Yes, from time to time, Andrew Byrd Creative Services is contracted to produce shows.A recent contract was a hour-long wedding industry radio program.
Q. Does it cost extra for background music?
A. Andrew Byrd Creative Services has a library of music we use and pay licensing fees in order to use them. We acknowledge and respect copyright laws and only use legally licensed music. If you have music you wish for us to use, please be prepared to provide to us a copy of the licensing agreement for special use.
Q. I have met you, you don't quite sound like that in person. What is the difference?
A. Working in a voiceover studio is a complete different environment than an ambient environment. Voice over talent are also referred to as “Voice Actors.” Ordinarily, we do not walk around with microphones in hand and processing equipment to project a clear, pristine voice. As producers, we often use processing for various reasons but, it is Andrew Byrd’s voice.
Q. You sound like a radio announcer. Are you on the radio?
A. No. In 1998, Andrew Byrd retired from being on the air as an announcer and on-air talent for radio stations.
Q. Can you make a sample for me?
A. For your convenience, samples are provided on the website. Samples require talent time and studio time to record and edit. Due to the demands of our paying clients, and the demands on Andrew Byrd’s schedule, we simply do not have time to record samples free of charge. Thank you for understanding.
